How has your health improved and how is the quality of food can you feel like what your eating is real for once ?

@@CoMi000 hm. What about fruit and veggies and salads ?
@CoMi0004 ай бұрын
I’m not sure if the fruits and vegetables have less pesticides though you’ll see a lot more flies and bugs on them if you get them from open markets. Gotta check the foods and the expiration dates as sometimes I’ll buy something and the next day it’s already moldy and expired. Most stores here sell bread with a 3-5 day expiration date unlike the 2-4 weeks til expiry in the states. Probably best to do get groceries twice a week here to avoid that.
@CoryResilient4 ай бұрын
@@CoMi000 maybe it goes moldy quick cuz it's actually real lol vs in the states all GMO with preservatives like everyone has cancer and sickness and is dying at an early age in Canada and the states the food is imported sprayed GMO. I spend $300 on groceries and that gets me through half the month. Spend another 300 that gets me through the other half that's $600 wtf! I'm in Canada I used to spend $100 and get through the month I'm a skinny guy I don't eat like crazy and I try to eat healthy fruit veggies meat. Simple. Still. My whole escape plan was to escape this bs and come out there I make a bit of money online. I get $2,000 per month plus about $400 more some months from my online business. I've been homeless and been getting that much and can still hardly get by. A 1 bedroom anywhere in Canada now is $1800 and up. People are moving into their cars. The country is going to 💩 so if it's not out there then there is no escape and it's just pure demise lol it's only going to get worse where I am. I don't even have benefits I just had to pay $400 to have a wisdom tooth removed...
