Good that you are getting your iron levels back in shape mate, I remember only last year my ferritin level was at 13 which is pretty much anaemic and was going to have to look at an infusion but luckily the tablets worked well and is best taken every other day rather than once per day (according to my doctor), I'm at 92 now but I'll keep taking them until I'm all about 200. Also seeing a dietician on improving diet can be very beneficial in conjunction with everything else. Hope you're settling in well in WA buddy. 👊💯

Iron is not always fixable with food, btw. Or even iron supplements. Sometimes if it's stubborn it might be due to certain digestive system issues. In those cases you're into iron infusions territory. Just a drip, nothing scary.

My hemoglobin is always around 13.5 despite my ferratin being around 90ish can never get it higher I don't run nearly as much as you but know endurance training in itself can lower the number might explain why I'm so slow lol

Yes I will, I've done way more in the past, just gotta build the foundations again
