No, it's actually impossible. You can't just change rotation mid air like that as there's nothing to push off. Try it, jump and 360 spin, then try changing the direction back the other way mid spin. Even without the skating it's impossible.

Almost anyone can late 180 without a board on flat, or late 360 off a ledge. To do a fs 360 late bs 180, you need to have enough core strength to be able to late 540.
