Agreed, the Caged chord system is useful for beginners to visualize the triad music notes 1,3,5 where they are located all over the guitar fretboard.

I love these videos you do. I don't even have a guitar at the moment but I am learning a lot. I love the diagrams on paper and how they slow it down and help me visualize the fretboard. I'm trying to save up for an electric guitar but I don't know which one to get. I like the sound of a Strat but the scale of a LP, the vibe of a Jaguar also short scale, but the budget of a Jet or similar so called beginner guitars. Thoughts?

F is same as E B is same as C That is why they only use 5 shapes. I think.
