Today I'm sharing life advice I wish I knew in my 20s. I live a little life advice and as I get older, I see so many things I wish I go tell my younger self. I struggled with standards of how I allowed "friends" to treat me previously too. It was a hard lesson to learn but once you do, it is so freeing! I wish I had known about the marvels of compound interest and that investing is the key to wealth earlier!

Wow, it’s kind of scarey how I came across this video today … I was just out for a walk, crying over the end of a friendship with no closure, and I needed this video. I needed to hear about not letting how other people treat you determine your worth … I’ve reached a point of feeling hopeless constantly reaching out to “friends” who don’t reply or make an effort to meet up with me. Life is great in your 30’s, but it’s a steep learning curve when it comes to friendships as people get older. Thank you for this Aimee. Happy belated birthday, I turn 32 next Wednesday! ☺️

I hope you had a great birthday! I'll be turning 50 this year and it feels really big in comparison to previous decades. One thing I've learned is that the bad health habits you think you're getting away with in your 20s and 30s will most likely catch up to you in your 40s, whether that's smoking, being sedentary, eating poorly, drinking too much alcohol, etc. P.S. Hopefully, it's possible to redo the chapters to fit this video because your points are all so bang on.
