Nicely done Peggy, the most important aspect of a bowl is it's shape. Color and figure eventually fade but shape is forever. Glad you are feeling better, I am glad to put 2022 behind me as well.

Very nice bowl. I like the challenge of making lidded containers. A bike glove with padded palms will help cushion the heel of your hand where most of the tenderness will be until it is fully healed.

I used Ack's for the first time a few days ago. I'd been using a couple of similar products made in the UK for a few years. Ack's (in my opinion) is really good, and it's made is the USA! Thanks for the recommendation, Ms. Peggy!

Good to see you back! A while back, I got some squirt bottles, like you have for your sanding sealer, to make my own 70/30. While I was at it, since I got a 6 pack, I filled one with just DA. SOOO handy compared to opening that stupid can every time! Great vessel!

...glad to see you're back...well, and your front, sides and face too!!!...and happy everything came out ok with you...me??? I recently had a heart attack and now have two stents...and that also came out ok...so I'm happy to be able to watch you again! The bowl turned out great...and love that you added the lid as it compliments the bowl so well...congrats for another beautiful piece...👍 On another note, as I know you're a Floyd fan, I'm watching "Virgin Rock" on KZbin...a classically trained lady musician completely oblivious to rock music now listening, and diving deep, into different rock songs...she's doing "The Wall" song by song (over time) and finding out how much she loves it...I love watching her expressions as she's listening...Pink Floyd seems to have that effect...
