I doubt it’s the UIU. Sounds like this organization is well equipped to handle object 5. Due to having to keep anomalies a secret UIU cannot even even get the funds to get propped gear to deal with anomalies.

Nah, sound too well equipped for the UIU. Experiments and equipment cost money which UIU would need to get from their own pockets since unlike most organizations they can’t get proper funding from a government due to the whole secrecy. That’s why they are looked down upon as jokes by the foundation and other organizations. They’re so ill-equipped to handle anomalies they don’t normally succeed in capturing one without help from another organization. Their main protocol when dealing with an organization is basically help those that are considered allies and stay out of the way of they are enemies. Heck UIU is pretty much a joke to the FBI which they are part of. When it comes to catching non-annomous serial killers I’ll take the FBI’s help, but when it comes to anomolous threats I’ll call the SCP foundation and if not them then the GOC (they may try to destroy anomalies but at least they try to do so for the protection of humanity)
