Shouting at your employees is so wrong, you're supposed to take them to the back room to discuss if you have an issue. And swearing at ppl is highly unprofessional.

Another red flag I missed with a job, they had me interview with my manager remotely even though I would be working on-site. The location was 15 min from my house but they scheduled a Teams interview for no reason at all. After working there i realize its because employees are miserable and it's apparent if you walk thru the office

The sad part is, for the most part I wasn’t. I was so stressed out and sad I kind of felt like I didn’t have time to look for another job until much much later. So weird. Where I am is definitely a lot better 😅
