2020 did a number on me. Every single person reading this in some way shape or form has been affected by the pandemic. Gyms were closed for 12 months in NYC. My mental health went down the gutter. I was eating like absolute shit. I let my personal grooming go. I stopped posting consistently on KZbin and went through a pretty brutal break up..it was the lowest point of my 31 years. My physical form was a direct reflection of what was going on inside my mind. You need to totally break down the old before you can rebuild the new. 12 pounds of muscle gained and 10.5 pounds of fat lost in 10 weeks working out with the new Centr Power Program

Regardless if we’re Chris Hemsworth or if we’re Joe Schmoo who used to be in shape in high school and now we’re in our 40s, I think the one thing we could all relate to is that feeling of, “I used to be capable of so much more”.
