Hi, I am your host Siddhartha! I have been an entrepreneur from 2012-2017 building two products AddoDoc and Babygogo. After selling my company to SHEROES, I and my partner Nansi decided to start up again. But we felt unequipped in our skillset in 2018 to build a large company. We had known 0-1 journeys from our startups but lacked the experience of building 1-10 journeys.
Hence was born The Neon Show (Earlier 100x Entrepreneur) to learn from founders and investors, the mindset to scale yourself and your company. This quest still keeps us excited even after 5 years and doing 200+ episodes.

this is really good for people who joined in tata group in 1980's. Current mindset of employees is different and 1 of 1000 people will stay such way

@@Smddlvvs why that 1 should also stay? My own sister stayed in tcs 9 years (joined as a fresher in 2013 at 3.16 LPA) and after 9 years her ctc wa 7LPA (the CTC was doubled in 9 years)….7 LPA is too low for a 31 year old person living in a tier 3 city. She switched post then at a 300% hike. Tata group never takes care of its employees.

@@amartyaliveNo it’s not, I was also in tcs and switched to another company for a 2x salary & many others joined tcs after spending 2 years in another firm at 2-2.5x salary. So it’s not like what you are saying, the thing is company thinks “we will pay as low as possible to college fresh hired and whomsoever wants more money can go out” This strategy helps companies to make more profits. Also I can bet , if tcs stops coming to clgs, it will not able to fulfil its demands of workforce.

I luckily got chance to meet a similar senior Tata Hero for a deal in Pune, I loved that guy, he and his father worked for Tata for over 50 yrs I spent talking 30 mins about Tata. That guy was so loyal, he was a very senior guy and loved his gesture. For some reasons the deal didn't happen and I was sad to see that but I still feel the best 30 mins life. I wish if I could meet him again ❤❤❤

Tata groups one of companies owes more than 1 crore to my uncle even after my uncle won case against them in high court they are looking forward to reopen the case now. My Uncle wrote letter to even ratan tata regarding this issue no reply has come from his side.

Mindset always matters. This guy worked for 37 years. People want overnight success or in 2-3 years of span. This is often observed in IT companies. People jump from 1 company to another. There are people who stay committed to a company for years, work on honing their skills take up management courses, make themselves valuable and adds value to their respective company. Try to learn from his experience rather than moaning about TCS policies.

@@iamumang The shell life of IT employees is actually less. it gets really tough after 40 to get into a new job or domain when you're burdened with so many responsibilities. Also the pay has not gone up as per today's inflation rate ..It is still the same as it was nearly 20 years back...

I am working for Tata aia life insurance, after 15 yrs in one stroke employee can be removed. We respect the Tata group but reality is different.

Not all Tata companies are stable. I know a lot of people from Tata Teleservices were laid off around 2015
