Same type things I said the other day on a video with people saying he’s leaving for (insert any big name college) Deion essentially owns that college and city in a positive way, he loves the AD and vise versa, I simply can’t see him doing Rick dirty. Secondly, Colorado can compete with the facilities and money with those other programs, they’re virtually printing money and it’s game 3. Lastly, when you can recruit and purge the transfer portal like he does, he’s literally turning Colorado into an Alabama type program on that level, what’s he need the added stress for when he’s turning this program into that added to his mold. Not to mention he’s been rich 30 plus years haha, money is money but I don’t see him moved by 50 million instead of 30 at this point.

They damn near work 24/7, it’s a grueling job with insane levels of commitment. All the stuff you have to do related to the media, practices, preparation and film study, the games themselves and then as a college coach like prime mentioned they also have to worry about the academic side of things and make sure all their guys are maintaining a certain gpa. All together he no joke prolly puts in like 80 hours a week atleast

@@jeremyroberts8822 Prime has said on many occasions, he doesn't want the coaching staff there more than at home. He's also said there no reason to be at the office so long, nothing more can be accomplished. I coached D2 basketball. 80 hours is overkill. Every program has staff overseeing the kids GPA.

Super nuanced take on NIL. Only select skill position players could make more from nil over going in the draft. But i like the idea of a collective too. Spread the wealth to everyone on the team. Also maybe we could get NCAA football back with deals like this. Even if they're conference conference specific. I'd buy SEC 24 or Big 10 24.
