"Let's go Justin!" is a hex created to give whoever is battling Justin a temporary boost to be able to parry at least 3 parts of Chun-Li's super. At full strength, the hex allows them to fully parry it AND do a full combo out of it. The hex is only at full strength if someone else shouts it, and not Justin or his opponent.

I can't deny Jwong's skill level, but can't deny he's an opportunist as well. Playing keep away and pokes with Chun in 3rdS, Storm in MvC2, even Fei Long against Daigo. This ChunvChun match goes to show that he holds little edge when not having the character advantage. Not a hater on Justin, but it's refreshing to see the play style get clapped by other players.
