Because one it will stop the rust, and secondly if I have to take it apart again it will be easier. I only use very little, but it works wonders.

Hi, can you please help me? I have an 02 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0. I just replaced the intake manifold gaskets. I went to start it and now I'm having codes P1131 and P1151. Prior to me changing them out I had no codes. Thanks(random but I don't see you have a video on this)

Just wanted to ask. What was the full price of the 2 part motor rebuild. I am looking at getting a 4.0 bored out by .2 already and needs assembly and wanted to finish it from where it is. Crank, pistons are already installed into block

Hello! I was watching your youtube videos on how to replace the EGR valve and I followed your tips on removing the main harness including unplugging the ECU harness and the battery cables. I also removed the throttle body to work easier but, when I put everything back together and started my 2007 Ford Explorer I realized my gas pedal won’t Rev up. It just stays on idle and then I plugged my OBD 2 scanner and I got a whole bunch of codes mentioning ECM and throttle position sensor. Can you help? Or is there any tips on how to get my vehicle throttle back to normal? Thank you

I have the P0402 code currently. Does it matter if we go OEM or aftermarket for this part? I was also going to get a parts store part with a Lifetime Warranty. Did you ever have any issues after you replaced this part? I just want it to go away. It has my truck idling/running rough, like it's going to turn off esp when the ac/sound system is on/when I'm at stop lights and I have a loss of power.

I just replaced egr, all 4 02 sensors, and all spark plugs. Still getting map sensor code p0106. Any ideas?

p0401...changed the egr valve...still get p0401 hmmm. new motorcraft unit too

Rather then fight with those 10 mm bolts right below them there are two bolts that hold the entire bracket remove them instead and save yourself a huge headache.

I just tried, it doesn’t work due to the pipe that’s connected. I fucking hate this last 10mm bolt so much.

You're doing something wrong the part that goes into the engine is very short and pulls right out.The bolts I'm referring to are below the 10mm.bolts.
