Yes novel contains much more unnecessary exaggeration which might become a cause of loosing interest.. but the end oh my god it can’t be better .. the setup of the last scene is so calming and scary at the same time .. I can’t forget that feeling i had when i finished reading it😅

I thought Theo would be the hero and Allicia would be her heroine and bcz of theo's interest and sympothy for Allicia, brings her back to life and she would be free from the grove ....btw i love how Theo's character was written ... And i really enjoyed the ending as it was damn amaazing and shocking....❤️✨🤩

Yehh it's a good read. Lots of mysteries and ups and downs. But the best part is, it keeps you in a continues thought about who murdered Giberail all the way . And by abruptly and unconsciously you find the one man responsible, who lots of people thought innocent sympathetic and kind. So to say its a must read one ✅👌🔥

Author ne ek aur book likhi he The Maidens. Usme Theo cross over karta he. To shayd aapko pata chal jae ki ending me Theo ko police le gaya tha ya nhi. Maine parha he The Maidens. But mujhe usme bhi samjh ni aaya ki Theo ke saat kya hoa tha aakhir me. Ending Theo se hi hui to The Maidens ki ending bhi samjh nhi aaya mujhe The Silent Patient ki tarha😂 aur aap parh ke batae ki aap ko kya lagta he ki Theo ke saat kya hua tha. But mai abhi se keh rahi hoon The Maidens acha he but The Silent Patient ki tarha outclass nhi he😂 Silent Patient ne to ek alag hi bench mark lagaadi he😂✨

He subconsciously wanted to be punished for his crimes from starting. He orchestrated his treatment for Alicia in a hope to be caught by her conscious. And he got caught in the end.. that was poetic.

First of all he had mental health issues as well and he wasn't helping her (as what he kept reasoning himself). He just wanted answers, as she was able to do what he wasn't (leaving/killing[surprising for him] her husband) as he started investigating he found her very similar to himself that intrigued him. And at the end he killed her because she recognized him and he got his answers.
