I am having issues with the lasso too in affinity it does have clean cuts like the pen tool and also the feather doest do decimal points. to fix this I used to use 0.5px in psd. any Ideas?

As someone with a different layout on the keyboard (Swedish), I appreciate that you include where I can find the functions in the menu. Some videos become useless to me because they use shortcuts only. Not all shortcuts are available. Thanks

You’re welcome. To be fair before I also used to do keyboard shortcuts explanations only. But figured not everybody is so familiar with them. Btw you can map the shortcuts yourself! So if they are useless, you might want to have a look at the most used keyboard shortcuts and make them useful for you :)

@@IAMRENSI Thanks, I know I can map them but they won't be the same as shown in the videos. For instance, instead of the bracket keys I have ÅÄÖ and they do not work for increase and decrease the size of the brush (I tried) even if I go to the settings and choose them.

The only reason why I use channels is because I saved my selection, to not "waste" too much time of your time recording this tutorial. The usual process is to make a selection using any of the selection tools and then continue from there! Hope this helps!
