Quality+eco+offensive+innovative is the new meta. But i think that quantity is still needed, attrition is so bad without them
@AbsoluteHabibi2 жыл бұрын
I think quantity and offensive are both fine as third idea. Innovative I go if I went offensive but if I went quantity I prefer religious unless I have infantry combat ability in my national ideas
@blackpaint90932 жыл бұрын
@@AbsoluteHabibi the thing is that players really need offensive discipline. Inno ideas are really good on their own, and its policies are strong as fuck. I kind of love how with the big nerf to quantity ideas now the meta can be interpreted in different ways. I was arguing with someone about actually taking Inno as second idea instead of eco, which makes sense since inno scale much better if picked before and you end up with a much better mana spending and mana generation. But at the same time i think that the discipline from Eco+quality early on, plus the -10% dev cost on tech 7(the first dev cycle is still beetween tech 7 and 10) make it worth much more to take eco as second group. Also things like -0.5 interest rate are huge in case of death wars against other players(i mean, before 1510/1520 any war is kind of a death war). The construction cost is also huge in nation building(even tho i think now construction bonuses are way too big overall). At the beginning of the patch i was even rethinking Aristocratic ideas, until i got wrecked by an Austria that picked Quality

On Vijayanagar helping you against Ethiopia, they have the mission "Conquer Aden", which needs them to own Lower Yemen, the Mission "Into Africa", and the mission Zanzibari trade, which needs them to have have 5 provinces in the East Africa region have a trade station investimate and at least one province have the company warehouse or depot investment. Which could mean either having 5 east african provinces or having at least 1 province in 5 different stations in East Africa with trade company investments. In other words, they have a legitimate reason to aid you: For their claims.

I love the idea of rampart, but i do agree it's kinda useless in multi game. So, i think a little bit buff to rampart, Like 1 attrition, deffensive dice roll, fort defensive, and buff is if u want to rush the fort there will be 50% more casualty to the attacker (or make it 100%). I think , this kinda of buff is also needed in vanilla game. Dont get me wrong, in my solo vanilla game against very hard Difficulty, i will still build rampart in my mountain forts.

They need to remove the +1% professionalism from recruiting a general or increase the mana cost. Once you reduce the general cost to 5 mana you can get 100k troops for 25 military power. It's essentially unlimited. I don't even use slacken professionalism even in a single player match. It's too easy to abuse. The same with concentrating development... sometimes the game is better without using a feature tbh. They could easily fix (remove) these features. It seems like lots of minor changes and no systematic fixes.
