One thing I noticed in the opening is near the ending where it is the shot of Emma and Ray next to each other there is an empty space where Norman was supposed to be.

I've noticed that too but it might be a good thing right? It could be a hint that Norman is still alive and his place in the group won't be taken while he doesn't come back. I don't know what I'm even saying at this point. I just keep believeing so bad that Norman is still alive since I don't believe they would kill such an important lead character offscreen. Just wouldn't make sense you know? And for those manga readers, no spoilers PLEASE!

In this one they cut out a bit from the manga. See, they mention a plant trap that they wanna let the big Demons drop into. In the manga all the kids actually fell inside that giant plant pitfall first and had to fight their way back out which is also where they used the "Story of Ugo" inside the book as a hint first. =3 Sad that thhis and likely the start of the next arc only has 11 episodes to use. But we can call ourselves lucky if they actually might pick up all the rest of the story for anime adaptation.

They eat meat just not humans so it's more like how pescatarians will eat fish but not meat or how some vegans will consume milk or dairy but not beef, chicken, etc.
