Excellent podcast again mate ,I know a few of the casual s and I find it quite intriguing how different firms have respect for faces from opposing firms and they all meet up for England games and are the best of mates drinking together then go home and then back to been enemies haha 😂 Do you think Dave Garside would do a podcast ?

Not a bad interview by Ian . Got a bit boring at the end . At least he was honest about Darlo crew being top of the tree . And that does include teams he mentioned including Boro ,Brum , Derby , Burnley , And quite a few other teams i could mention . Look into it if youre a non believer.

As a gooner I remember I was 8 years old with my dad and his brother and we had hartlepool away in the league Cup Absolute carnage everywhere before and after the game. They were some game lads

Around 2002/2003 I was out drinking in Portsmouth started having a game of pool with a Lad that was with a big group he asked me where I was from and I said hartlepool, it was like I'd set a bomb off when I said it as they'd only got it on the week before, they said hartlepool was the hardest firm they'd faced. Had a good night with them but I was thinking I was in for a hiding at first.

People underestimate football crews from the lower league s .as a leedsfan only I've been caught up in a odd battle s not because I've wanted it but been in the wrong place at that time . Lots of books written but I want to say this its not all true some stories . Man u came to Leeds this is always a tasty game.i was in a bar with some mates and other fans so at 2 50 the pub emptied next thing 30 scum fans came from nowhere with scaffolding poles run at us I shit myself knowing that I couldn't run to escape but I'm sure it was the beer that gave us courage that day cos all the lads stood still and got stuck in I did get a broken arm and got hit on my shoulder which meant I couldn't wipe my own arse 4 weeks good job the wife was a nurse. To this day I don't know how nobody got killed. Ps just to end not a single leed fan was in the service crew because I knew a lot of them Due 2 the pubs I drank in. So 2 any scum fan reading there own book u boys never beat us.

This has explained a few things for me. I went to Hartlepool in 93 with WBA and to be honest there wasn't hardly any Hartlepool fans, let alone any firm out that day. So listening to this it's clear that the "Blue Order" wasn't around back then.

The guy says they are a league 2 club, small town with small supporters A few people iv spoken to about Hartlepool, they say it is one rough place, and they had a great firm yrs ago
