Don't let them in the country in the first place. That is the problem. Stop the boats, stop student visas for clearly not students. Allow application from around from around the world from the first safe port they arrive in, and most would rightly be rejected. The majority of the blame should be on those economic chancers who cause problems for geniune refugees.
@WhichDoctor1
@WhichDoctor1 3 ай бұрын
If you stop student visas the universities will go bankrupt. If you force people to claim a sun the first safe country it will overwhelm those countries closest to sources of asylum seekers, destabilising those countries and potentially making the new sources of even more asylum seekers in a cascade that will make the problem a million times worse. That’s why it’s written into international law for asylum seekers to be allowed move through safe country to prevent this bad outcome. The Tory home office finds that 80% of those who arrive here are genuine, they have every incentive to deny applications and deport people. So we know that most of them are genuine. If you want to stop the boats maybe the Tories shouldn’t have walked away from all the bilateral agreements with other EU countries that were responsible for there not being a small boats problem before 2019. The small boats “crisis” was manufactured by the Tories in order to give people something to be scared and angry about so theyd be distracted from how much the Tories ware screwing us all over, enriching their millionaire mates at our expense, and trashing our public services in hopes of being able to sell them off to private companies in exchange for well paid consulting gigs and other backhanders. Legal immigration is usually extremely costly and time consuming, and therefore only accessible to those privileged enough to have time and money. There is no real route for the poor to get here legally. Additionally, he is explicitly talking about asylum seekers in this video - people who have come here fleeing war, famine, persecution, political instability, etc. Legally, you are not supposed to turn away asylum seekers. Finally, these are people, for fucks sake. The only "crime" they have committed is being in the "wrong" place. They're coming here for safety, because we have a reputation as a safe and welcoming country - a reputation which we are apparently doing our hardest to destroy. Apparently we don't want to be known as a country that helps people, or that sticks up for the poor and marginalised. Apparently, we want to be known as a country that only helps those who already have the money to help themselves - socialism for the rich and survival of the fittest for the poor. A closed system run by Brits, for Brits, and everyone else can go fuck themselves. That really sounds like something to be proud of... /s

You can't be this naive... It also isnt "simple to deport them" these people often have no paperwork evidencing where their home nation is, they have no documentation, if we tried to deport them their nation of origin would refuse to accept them and simply say _"Prove they're from here."_ We also can't make people stateless in the UK, it would be against a person's rights under the Human Rights Act (the HRA has been effectively weaponised by charities and NGOs to prevent deportation.) And what's your solution? No one should be allowed to go anywhere, ever, for any reason? Should you be allowed to go anywhere? Freedom of mobility used to be considered a human right. Before 1880s, humanity had free mobility, until the social dynamics of racism, xenophobia, and classism became codified into law. If these people got permission to work and reside, they'd blend in and you wouldn't even notice, and in a generation they would be just as British as you. Then all the work would get done and Britain could prosper again. Why are you against prosperity for Britain? Why are you against human rights? Why are you a such a shit human being with no morals or awareness of history? You can turn all that around right now and be a decent person and stand up or human rights, British prosperity, class and racial solidarity, and end global apartheid. If not, good luck leaving your country. Good luck leaving your house. And good luck with Britain declining and it all being your own damn fault.

The answer is 1. to provide the capacity to resolve the claims. 2. Take out foreign aid back ti the higher level it used to be. This prevents the issues that drive migrants out of their countries. It’s that bloody simple.

Most of the people in the hotels though are not refugees, they're economic migrants that came here illegally. When there's no opportunity to productively earn a living by working it's not beyond understanding that some people might look for alternative means to survive.
