Point is sunglasses should be taken off during the meeting with PM. If interaction was brief then it is even more justified to take them off, as he would bear the heat for just a few moments. PM is capable working without any leave since day one then wearing an appropriate dress code for the brief moments when meeting PM is nothing in front of that.
