The ecstasy days were great. Sal explained it perfectly, everyone was friendly it made you wanna talk to everyone and anyone. Also the feelings of love towards your friends would be intense. Canadian Raver (former) here, Toronto used to have the “Disneyland of clubs” called “Guvernment” literally 8 clubs in 1 building - it was epic - and as the night progressed they would shut down room after room until everyone who was left was in the same giant main room dancing to the closing DJ. Then, 10 minutes before closing time, they would turn the lights on for about 30 seconds and all the newbies would start to head for the door, then the lights would turn back off and the dj would go UBER HARD for the last 10 minutes and everyone lost their minds one finally time. Then you leave the club and it’s daylight and everyone is caked in sweat with a smile from ear to ear regardless of how much snow there may have been on the ground. 1:22:14

I pronounced the z like a t in Ibiza and my ex laughed at me who lives in Spain. So I went back to pronouncing it the way it looks, the z like a z. she said that way is actually correct (the way Sal says is wrong but pronounces it that way anyway) I went when I was 16 and that was the legal age to drink there and get into clubs, at the time. Ari is right. Fent isn't a thing in Europe, though the pills could be 4mmc and 3mmc etc and not MDMA
