I just got a computer and it came with 2 extra cords and I have no clue where they go and if that's the reason why it's not connecting to the screen. SATA CABLES

Mine came with the power cord and a wifi antenna. That’s it.

@mariohiph i cake customer service and they helped me. the extra cords is for if you wanna extend the memory. I also had the hdmi in the wrong hdmi port. Apparently it's a roll of ports at the bottom that I didn't see until they pointed it out. I tried the top and the top corner.
