I was never a fan of revolvers for self-defense until I went over to Robar here in Phoenix. I was dropping off some other firearms for custom work and they had an example pistol which was a hammerless Smith & Wesson airweight in 38 Special. They had done their custom job metal coatings on the pistol. The trigger in double action was phenomenal, quick, relatively light, and I absolutely loved their set up. I am currently on the lookout for used small revolvers to get Robar's treatment so that I can use it for concealment. I absolutely love those little air weights ESPECIALLY with the Pachmayer grips.

I’ve never had a revolver. Doesn’t mean I haven’t thought about getting one. It’s just that I feel more comfortable reloading a semiautomatic then a revolver. I think the revolver would make a great car gun in that it’s reliable. I worried if someone walked up on your window when it’s down and you aren’t paying close attention, that little revolver might just be a perfect fit for a car gun when needed quickly. Good video as always! Thank you!

I live in hot S. Tx. We get 9 months of hot and 3 months of warm weather yearly. I carry one much of the time if in shorts and a t-shirt. The original point and click device. Most folks are under the impression that a compact stubbie existed during the 1930s based on old movies, and Colt did produce a short barreled version of Positive. Smith didn’t begin making it’s own J frame until 1950 when it stretched the I frame(.38 Smith and Wesson)our for .38 Special.
