Fun fact for those who didn’t know. Icarus was the son of the inventor Daedalus, the creator of the labyrinth in Greek mythology, Icarus and his father created wings because they were unable to sail away from king Minos and so when creating the wings the father told his son not to fly too close to the sea or the sun. When Icarus disobeyed these orders his wings started to fall apart and Icarus fell into the sea.

@@Lovelycookie2 the wings were made of feathers and wax so if he flew to close to the sea he wouldn’t be able to fly back up and would drown and if he flew to close to the sun his wings would melt

The plucking pattern is supper easy as well!!! For the intro + verses you pluck the E String on the second fret, then the A string twice(a string is open btw). Next move up the 4th fret on the E string and pluck the A string twice. Now do it open for both strings, following the 1-2-2 pattern you see in the video. Finally end on the 5th fret. Repeat until you get to chorus The chorus is a tad different.it’s the 3rd fret on the E string, and the 2nd fret on the A string. Then go down to the 2nd fret on the E string, and open up the A string. Now open both strings and do the normal plucking pattern. The up to the 4th fret you go for E string, keeping A still open. Finally, go up another fret on the E string to be in the 5th fret, with A open. Repeat these patterns as they appear in the song. Hope this helped!!

((This is for my OC and his daughter)) I watched as my daughter fell from the sky, her rest-deprived body falling from the clouds like Lucifer falling from the heavens away from God’s light. I yelled out as I ran to her. I got to her. her weak, nimble body in my arms as her mother runs over and looks at her dying daughter as she cries and squirms in pain, “what did I say, Junebug..” I say, tears welling up in my eyes as I take in sharp breaths, she ignored me and said “daddy…I’m scared,” as if she was a little toddler. “Dad, I don’t wanna die…please…” she whispers out as she whines, that last wince being the last time I saw her breathe, her once pained face relaxed and for once in my life, I felt so tiny and helpless. “My baby!” I hear my wife cry out as she fell to the ground and curled up on the dirt. I felt like a god and now I’m reminded that I’m a nimble person with not the same power of a god, just weak mortal just flirting with death just as my daughter was, and I once was her. A reminder that Icarus thought he was a god but then realized that he was as mortal as everyone else.
