@@RRRX18 ACE medical technicians unite! i used to love it back in arma 2, never got into it in arma 3 since we barely started arma 3 milsim when i left the unit due to time and some personal conflicts. A shame really because i used to enjoy playing permanent CMT in my permanent squad where i knew everyone, but one guy had to ruin it all, and that guy was our brand new squad leader. Somehow he got it into his head that soldiers never talk unless its completely necessary even when they are a nowhere near the fighting. I once spent like three hours in near complete silence watching for enemies from a rooftop that never appeared, and i wasn't allowed to talk with the people i was bored to tears together with. Eventually the radio piped in with the equivalent of mission over, and the helicopter taking us out of there landed in our front yard because our position was deemed safe enough to do just that. At least in the next mission our squad leader was immediately hit by artillery and killed together with the 2ic so i got to be the leader. That was a fun mission! I even got to botch his triage which may have been on purpose? The amount of syringes he got was disproportionate to his needs, but he was blacking out so i am sure he couldn't see them covering the floor.

To add to this, and only to try to help, US Army Training for applying a Torniquet would be to knee onto whatever you're applying the tourniquet to, this way to apply pressure and stop bleeding while tightening. That being said, it would probably be a bit hard to do so while in game, but for those who ever actually need to do this, Knee down wherever you need to and hike that tourniquet to wherever you need to, (moving as little the person needing it as little as possible) and as tight as you need to. It's going to be uncomfortable (trust me, having had one put on in Afghanistan, I know) but you'll rather that than the alternatives. I'd also love to see a skill in the game where if you don't have some of the required pieces of equipment (like a tourniquet) you can use the alternative. In this example, you would use the standard field belt, and do the same but maybe you take a hit to the lifesaving effect of the equipment? idk, this is just and idea. and could be a good way of getting someone stabilized just long enough to get them to a supply point or a hospital.

Both, I ether supported my team as a medic, or ambushed tanks and infantry all over the island as an engineer. And yeah, I remember those rushes towards the airbase that got cut down over and over. At least some of the enemy team changed tactics after awhile. But those plane campers was always a problem. At least they got somewhat useful when the airbase got attacked...or they got bombed by enemy planes.

This is interesting and a fresh take on the WWII genre, but a lot needs to be cleaned up before it goes out. The voice acting kinda sucks during the mission briefings, although I like the banter between the medic and the wounded, the medic also sounds like he’s 14. The are some historical inaccuracies that are going to be tough for WWII nerds to get past as well.

Tell the devs a major detail they need to fix in the dialogue: Zeros didn't have .50 cal machine guns; those were American weapons. At worst possible threat, they had 20mm cannons, supplemented by two light machine guns. So maybe change the dialogue to "You'll have seconds to avoid those machine guns." or "You'll have seconds to avoid those guns."

History Fact: Though it's often shown in Movies (and now games) that the Japanese planes strafed the hospital area and civilians, this didn't exactly happen as is shown. While they did strafe Wheeler Field, John Rodgers Airport, and the Parade Grounds; not a single plane strafed, bombed or even bothered to fly marginally close to the hospital area. Those previous three locations were attacked because they had previously been shown by the Japanese spies in Hawaii, to have military use.

As soon as they start talking there's a problem, private keeps addressing a Sgt as "sir", that title is reserved only for officers not enlisted, instead of yes sir it would be roger sergeant. Also, what does he mean by only an apprentice? That's not a title used in the military, unless it was in WW2, but as far as I know, it wasn't. The correct term would be trainee if he's a medic still in training. Also there is a staunch lack of aerial combat and gunnery in that opening walk, that sky would be lit up like Christmas from the AA and aerial fire, Pearl Harbor was incredibly chaotic and violent, that is not at all correctly portrayed here. No medic would be walking to a combat zone like that, they would be SPRINTING

Tourniquets are used in emergency situations (getting shot at, other bleeding limbs…) but if its manageable they shouldnt be used, and when the wound is patched up the tourniquet should be removed

Technically there would be more medic’s around not just one and they would be working together as a team they would also be armed with a small side arm’s such as a pistol as with the hospital ship at the beginning of the game medics were still considered a target for the enemy hence why they were given a form of defence on the battlefield. I like the fact that you can’t save everyone that makes it more realistic that you have to make a choice with who takes priority and not everyone can be saved I did feel that the game needed a little more work the voice acting for one wasn’t the best it didn’t sound like the people who were injured were actually in any pain except for a couple of moans and groans and the rest just sounded bland if you were in a war zone you’d feel terrified especially seeing the horrible things happening around you. The npc’s had an odd movement to them they looked somewhat alien and as for looks there wasn’t much detail to distinguish one from the other except the uniforms the faces and hair style looked pretty much the same. It was good that the character has some awareness about what has happened to their patient and what is happening to them and the area around them as do some of the npc’s so all in all I’d say that the devs have quite a lot of work ahead of them I think that 2025 is to early for a release date if they want to get perfection out of it and make it historically accurate it will take time and this is only a demo so well there will be bugs in it that need to be ironed out as well as the dialogue repeating its self in the cutscenes witch is one of the bugs needed to be fix hope they manage to get it all sorted out.

it feels like the game has too much to talk about and less playing experience .. well the voice actor is ridiculous but okay but i think the gameplay and stories are sometimes too complex...too much story telling and not makes you think you're rushed into action where every decision matters... its like the dev. tried to dumbed down every step and yes, they need to change the gun sound on that zero..its 20mm and 7.7 not 50cal...what we heard everytime they strafe is 50cals

Ide be cool " that sounds bad am saying it be cool "if the MC attitude started to change from how many people he saves or died on his care and at the end of WW 2 theirs a good ending and a bad ending
