Nah I think it's threatclassic2 or something? Just an addon. Details threat meter wasn't very great in TBC I heard so I used this one instead and I just never looked back

Bar timers are likely a mix of bigwigs as well as fojji's tier 10 WA package. I'm not sure I feel comfortable sending them since he asks for payment now to gain access to them, but yeah that's what they are
