Anglers want others to enjoy the sport/hobby/gathering food. Who is to say he does not donate to people in need on a normal basis? No way is it your job to help support me if I'm in need. Every time you say "Time for a poor man's lobster roll" I laugh because po-boys (AKA lobster rolls and the likes) ARE poor man's food. Not even 100 years ago Lobster, Crab and Shellfish and fish were ALL considered a poor man's food. Hell we even have records from Alcatraz from prisoners complaining about being fed lobster more than twice a week and it being considered cruel and unusual punishment and against the constitution.
