ICE COLD PLUNGE! [in a freezing waterfall!]😳🥶

This was what... Jan 27th? Half that flow was coming from snow melting a few miles up stream that fell in the snow storm a few days prior. Air temp was upper 40's/lowest 50's, water temp was about 42. Too bad there wasn't snow on the ground so people could really get a sense of how crazy cold that water was!

I prefer the cold because in the summer, sometimes the heat makes me nauseous.

I prefer to dress for the cold because you can layer but there's only so much you can take off when it's hot. Same with the age old question of "would you rather freeze to death or burn to death". I'd rather freeze because with hypothermia, you start to feel warm and just go to sleep. That said, I lived in Denver and in several cities in California and with everywhere having AC, it's easier to live with the heat of Cali than the snow.
