The ICE Full Fat is a radical trike with real off-road credentials. Rock, mud, sand, snow, root strewn trails and gnarly track, the ICE Full Fat is built to tackle it all.
The ICE Full Fat FS evolved from an ICE custom-made trike, which was ridden across Antarctica to the South Pole in December 2013. Elements of the original, like the heat-treated 4130 chromoly frame and oversized rims and tyres have been combined with components suited to tackle a range of off-road conditions. On this version they include a Rohloff XL 14-speed gear hub, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, and suspension front and rear. The C.F.T. hinge allows the trike to be folded for easier transportation to the trail.
The ICE Full Fat is an expedition-tough trike, for wherever you want to ride.

Only a fanatic would want to do this. My ICE full suspension Shimano 8000, Rohloff hub, drum brake trike is a pleasure to ride on paved roads, not that much on single track trails.

It's a cool looking bike but based on this video it looks like it would be torture on your back with the way it jerks you around on uneven terrain. The price tag of $6800 is kind of ridiculous too. I paid $10,000 for my 2022 Suzuki king quad 750 ATV.

When you guys are gonna get a full suspension fat trike like Stein has you know 4" of travel in the front end of the back how about that you know you tracks are overrated I think stein's got it all squared away in their suspension and I've been 60 miles an hour down a hill and I'm at least set up to what it felt like Thanks for the advertiser have a good day

Not too many UPHILL sections on film. I wonder why that is? Perhaps it's something to do with the sheer effort required to get one of these behemoth beasts, PLUS pilot UP anything resembling a slope doesn't make such attractive viewing? How long does a chain last I wonder before it stretches so much it either snaps or comes off the gear cogs every 2 turns of the wheeel? I shouldn't think break pads last too long either? So many items which require frequent servicing, it isn't going to be cheap to run when much is not recommended as DIY jobs either. I'd love to have a go on one to see for myself, but you just don't get the chance. Virtually no stockists and none near me.
