I'm trying to repair a old ice -o-matic 500 commercial ice machine. The water pump is working but no water is flowing over the evaporator... Do you think the water pump needs replacement? I will clean/sanitize the machine later.

As long as you’re sure that the water tube isn’t clogged and the water isn’t flowing down the drain. If the pump is getting correct power and it turning but not actually pumping the water you may need a new pump. It’s important to ensure everything is clean and clear. Don’t want you spend money on a new pump if you don’t have to.

Repair mostly but cleaning condensers and clearing condensation drain lines if you just want to focus on cleaning.

Yes. Water pump. Water floats control water level.

How do you get rid of Both power light Red and clean cycle Red ?

Press and hold both buttons for 6 seconds. If it doesn’t work then try the same thing but use the buttons on the control board.

Once a month. Full cleaning every six months.

Oooohhhhhhh….. lol. Sorry. Monthly is and an hour and semi annual is about 2.5 hours. Average.
