Baba Is You - Clockworks - there's a TIMESTOP mechanic where you can freeze time. This freezes movement for all non-TIMESTOP objects, freezes all the rules, and even stores actions (such as if something got eaten during the timestop) and waits until time starts again to trigger them. Well, then the second half of the pack doesn't really do that, but the first half is really cool.

Ok, every level seems to be a level from Bab Be U, the 1st level is actually called ".--. .- - .-. --- .-.. ...", the next is "timeless endeavors", this pack just seems like a remake of Bab.
