Why is ramen so expensive in the us? When u can get a bowl in Japan for under $10😩
@travelwithinreach10 ай бұрын
Crazy inflation…And the Ichiran name probably doubles the price😂

@@travelwithinreach Plus, maybe quality ingredients? Not sure how genuine, but the work ethic would certainly try to live up to the brand name...

If you understand restaurant management, the main bulk of the cost is actually rent and labour not the food cost.

eating out in general is crazy expensive in the US... even fast food is ridiculous, most people starting to just eat at home.

Why do jobs pay so much ($20/hr) when they only pay $8.50/hr U.S.? Really, could someone please share their thoughts? Thank you for this video and insight. 🙏

Expensive in the USA... pretty cheap in Japan... like less than half what it is in nyc

Apparently it’s a thing in Japanese ramen restaurants. Just watched a video of this original ramen chain there

I don’t understand why Japanese eat ramen with rice? Is it not redundant?
@travelwithinreach2 ай бұрын
Seems like Japanese people love carbs on carbs. Ramen with rice, ramen with gyoza...😂
