Why would you remove the print head? To clean it? What do you clean it with?

After a good cleaning printhead (pixma IP4500) printer got 5 amber blinks 🤬🤬 *Nothing help* Five amber blinks with printhead or withoud printhead. Bought another used PRINTHEAD and STILL THE SAME SYMPTOM!! Any solution - PLEASE?
