ICJ hears new case against Israel by South Africa | DW News

The International Court of Justice has been holding hearings over new emergency measures sought by South Africa to stop Israel's operations in Rafah.
The ICJ convened to hear South Africa's case where it accused Israel of intensifying what it calls a "genocide" in Gaza. South Africa's legal team presented its case on Thursday, before Israel speaks on Friday.

It is alleged that ANC officials accepted bribes from Iran to cover ANC debts in return for which its members agreed to pursue the case against Israel at ICJ. They have also sent drones into apartment buildings, though this could have been electronic defense, and they do prefer oil refineries.
