About the performative activism, this is not an extreme case - but I've joined an university course where there were A LOT of people who were all about activism on social media. Where I live the universities are prganized differently than in the US, you have most of your classes with the same group of people and theres a "head" student who organizes all the exam dates and passes announcements from the professors to students. These people were all about "inclusivity" online, especially the head student, and how no one can be ignored and left behind and you need to proactively reach out to others and help them. But when I joined at the beginning of a school year, no one cared and they only posted CRUCIAL announcements on a private chat on social media where there were most students from our course, but not everybody lol - and for two months, I had no idea and ended up failing because I had no idea about some terms. I only found out after one girl has mentioned the chat when we had a group project together because she was shocked I didn't know something and I asked her to add me. I tried to socialize with them, they just werent interested. Also the head student and her friend group started running some extracurricular student club and my friend joined alongside many other people, but they ignored most of the club members and hosted "official" outings/events only within their friend group, not even notifying the others, they even had a voluntary work outing where they straight up didn't tell anyone outside the friend group. My other friend, who's also an activist but a genuine one and nice to a fault, knows some of these people and claims 70% of them are known cheaters and some even *allegedly* abuse(d) their partners

You DO know that you can intentionally seek out men to have relationships with who actively want the very caring Prince In Shining Armor type role for themselves, right? You don't have to pretend to be someone else in order to try psychologically tricking men into the behaviors you're looking for in relationships... And you realize that none of the men you've been with have been able to properly consent to the relationships OR any physical activities with you because of your lies, right?? You don't have to be a manipulative creep to get what you're looking for. It's honestly terrifying you've been acting as if any aspect of this was ever okay... You can have a competent adult relationship where both parties give informed consent to the desired dynamic. All it takes is honesty and good communication skills (in both talking and listening).
