So it's never possible to back up your iphone to the cloud unless you purchased more memory. That's a shame. And every time I've upgraded my phone the reps are always surprised that I haven't backed it up to the cloud and don't understand why the cloud back-up never works for me.

Thank you so much for this helpful advice! I’m going to do the computer part next! I don’t understand why anyone would take the time to dislike a video that was just made to help people. If this wasn’t the help you were looking for why not search for another video suitable to your needs?. People work hard to bring us good information with good intentions. I don’t understand why so many people have to be so judgmental and downright mean sometimes on social media. We all are coming to these places for help with something and it’s nice that people are trying to create content to help others. When people see all the dislike and negativity and sometimes bullying that goes on it prevents more creativity from others happening such as myself who really wanted to start a channel or even the existing KZbin creators from going further because it doesn’t feel good to constantly be put down. Instead of taking the time to be so negative why not just scroll by or say this didn’t solve your issues and ask if they have any further advice? You might be surprised what kindness can bring into your life and the life of others. I know we are living in a world where the higher ups are trying to divide and conquer but just turn that volume knob down until you can’t hear it and be happy 😊 have more positive energy in your heart and mind and it will truly have an amazing effect on your life and every aspect of it from your day to day relations to social media experience. Kindness and compassion are much stronger than you can imagine and might surprise you with what it brings to you in your life just by bestowing it upon others. Sorry for the rant. I just know that we are all worth such a simple reminder. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and a beautiful tomorrow!

You have to go to recently deleted and delete it there then you’ll have more space! Cause when you delete a photo it’s not really deleted until you go to the app photos then go to albums scroll down and press recently deleted and delete all ur photos then you’ll have space!!!

Thanks for watching! My understanding is that iPhone backup does not save photos or videos...so if you transfer all your photos and videos to your computer you should be able to put those all back on a new phone.

Apple factories don't manufacture computers with the Windows OS, but Google Photos is easily used/integrated into apple devices. iOS: Google Photos app via App Store, Mac/Macbook: The Google website itself. As a side-note MacOS has an integrated software called Boot Camp that can be used to easily install Windows on your desktop or laptop. This is completely built into MacOS and is legal and supported by their website.

therefore it doesnt matter if you have a 32 gig or 64gig phone, you still have 5 gig of storage unless you pay extra smh. i think the best thing to do is to keep all photos stored on the phone and back it up regularly on itunes. that way, youll be splitting storage between phone and icloud
