Is there an update I'm missing? My Garmin doesn't show any of that, I only have a few options for 3d vision, map, direct to, etc.

Yeah this was a mod which no longer works IIRC. It’s linked in the description though, so if they have updated it feel free to try.

Are the stall characteristics anything close to the real deal? I'm new to MSFS but first time trying an A5 stall, my right wing dropped like a brick -- which seems unlike the real aircraft being able to handle stalls much better and even turn in a stall.

my Icon a5 does NOT have any of this...

You need the mod linked in the description - although, bear in mind that the mod and this video are a year or so old. It may not work in SU10
