I work in USA and my employer has offshore office in Jublihills, Hyderabad. He had more than 100 employees there and ready to move here if office space available. There are 100's of offshore companies in Hyderabad who are willing to move here if office space available. When CBN inaugurated Cyber towers there were no companies initially. From 1995 to 2004 totally 1100 companies came to Hyderabad because of his efforts. Slowly he created Cyberabad.
