Oh the intro ate down!!! Fran will always be a favorite tv character of mine I just love her and how she’s much like the character she played on tv. I love her LBD she wears for her date with Tony, her cheetah print sequin dress when hosts for Chevy Chase. All of her Moschino looks and the red mini sequin dress she wears to date the older billionaire. Also Thankyou for including the designers for some of the looks because I always wondered who designed some of her pieces

In the 90's, this was the one comedy that the whole family watched at my home. I remember my dad saying that he was always excited to see what she was gonna wear every episode. He didn't consider it tacky. More comedy than tacky and above all, stylish. He loved those staircase scrolls whenever Fran had a party going to.

I loved the Nanny show and it’s only been recently that I’ve realized what an impact Fran Fine’s fashion had on me. Great video that really brought all that early 90s nostalgia back to me. To think all those clothes went to a thrift shop. 😭 I’m dying a bit inside.

I don't even know how I caught this, cause I just found your channel and have been doing a binge. I love Fran, I love 90s fashion and my dream is to dress like a 90s-it girl. I am plus sized though so it can be hard to find some of these styles, thanks for the vid tho!
@iconicallyiconic8 ай бұрын
You can dress like a 90s it girl babe! ASOS, PLT, BOOHOO and even thrift stores always have good pieces and Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom Rack. Also go in stores and try on things in the fitting rooms and learn what you like. I know a lot of people don’t like the fitting rooms lol but it helps so much when figuring out your personal style and how items fit 🩷

Also, my favorite Fran looks are 4:12 and 7:19 (🤍😍😩✨). andddd (😭) the colors in this video are perfecttt (as always 💗😘✨) 🤍🤍🤍

Thankyou honey 🩷 I always tell people to go into stores and feel fabrics, textures, shapes etc. because online shopping doesn’t have the same feel. If you’re someone who’s afraid of color try one bold piece and wear all black along with it like maybe a violet turtleneck, some black trousers a black trench coat and a black handbag and always accessorize. depending upon your skin tone if it’s cool silver jewelry , warm gold jewelry. so chunky gold or silver bangles ( you can even mix them ) small gold hoops or big hoops depending on your outfit. - Fitting rooms are your best friend! I know we hate them but they help us decide what we like. Also try it on at home because sometimes the lighting in the fitting rooms are horrible lol ( like Zara ) it may look better in natural sunlight - Buy 3 black mini fitted skirts/ 3 Black fitted LBDs you can always wear them in different ways and different seasons and add layers to them. For example- black mini skirt for the winter- add tights ( Amazon has these amazing sheer look fleeced lined black tights), a button down in white or cream add a sweater vest color of your choice over it and blocked heeled short booties. - Accessorize Accessorize! lol accessories make every outfit pop lol - Buy 3 bold color pieces for each season and try on different colors to see what suits your complexion bests. Pinks, reds, oranges, blues, purples etc. try them on in all different shades and different stores and have a day to yourself where you just try on clothes and go to different stores and learn what you like also shop by yourself, sometimes people can be too much of a distraction. I’ll also be doing a video for you guys, hope this helps for now🩷✨
