Wow the one weapon that won't get old no matter what, and this model bring back memories especially Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, I'm a M4 lover but the MP5A4 is my 2nd choice all the time and it has been so since the early 90s, still the number one for CQB.

I love my ICS MP5 and I was saddened when ICS discontinued the old style (SEF) lower receiver. For me this just shows off a Mk2 version of the MX5 Pro. The A5 version is of mild interest but to be honest I've also found the later lower receiver design to be lacklustre simply due to the fire selector but perhaps the new version of the A5 will resolve this. More than anything I'd like to see ICS release a magazine which can be changed between a mid cap (say 100 BB's) to a real/low cap (30 BB's - 40 BB's). The lack of low cap MP5 magazines is a long standing issue for the MP5 market and the ICS MP5 is renowned for being fussy with magazines. As it stands I'll look at the A5 once it becomes available but hopefully we see a relaunch of ICS' MP5 range with updated internals and externals. It might be pushing it but hopefully ICS will launch more SMG's in the future. Thank you for the video and detailed overview. If you know of any low/real cap's which fit the ICS MP5 series then I'd very appreciative.

Definitely would go for the classic version over the modern one but If it uses the same size mag well as the older ics mp5s it should happily take tm and cyma straight mags not sure on the standard cyma mp5 mags tho

Sorry your out of your mind if you think the cyma mp5 competes. Cyma makes great guns for the price you pay but this will run circles around for out of the box preformance plus a million times easier to upgrade and maintain because of the split gearbox design. I'd go as far to say that because of the split gearbox that ICS makes the best AEGs on the market because they're so easy to tech and are quality out of the box.
