Sir please may i suggest you to make a video on safe intubation in ICU and drugs used commonly n their doses n different scenario where which drugs is safer to use n at which dose sedative plus paralyser plus short acting during intubation in crisis it would be of help to many resident doctors

Sir don't u think that we should identify inferior valve MI and treat it bcoz conduction abnormalities are temporarily in inferior valve MI bcoz it might lead to missing of inf. Valve MI if we consentrate on arrhythmia so the our first concern is to identify MI rather than arrhythmia

no it only retains free water not sodium... so when it is excess (SIADH) , there is free water excess causing hyponatremina; and ADH is absent (DI), free water is lost, so hypernatremia
