Idaho is suffering from brain drain as OBGYNs quit due to the risk of liability for a high-risk pregnancy where they'd be simultaneously mandated to and prohibited from to providing critical care, with penalties for either action. Whole maternity wards are shutting down. Until there is a major reformation in Idaho, I can't imagine anything good happening there again.

The qualifications are (Congress/Senate) age 25/30, US citizenship for a number of years 7/9, and residency in the state you're trying to be elected in. For the Presidency, you need to be at least 35, a natural born citizen, and must have lived in the US at least 14 years. That's it.
