Idaho Stock Show 1941 - Need Some I.D. Assistance.

This is an improvised stock show somewhere in the Upper Snake River Valley either in, or around, Idaho Falls, Idaho, where the filmphotographer once lived. He was a dairyman who once lived here. Can anyone assist in the identification of the location? Some of the young boys shown in the film are still alive and can be identified as well. In the opening seconds of this film, there appears to be steps leading to a city hall or a church in a small community. If anyone could help us in identifying this exact location... it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

By the way, Karl, I forgot to tell you how much I enjoyed your brother's video on your 'hop' from HNL to LNY. Fun ride. Curious if anyone's approached you to do more of the same now that Hawaiian Airlines announced their Ohana service to the lesser traveled islands is all pau. Doesn't seem right that Larry E. should garner all of the ingress and egress. Mokulele is now a monopoly? Tell me I'm wrong... please. Mahalo nui e a hui hou.

@@KailuaKid Hi - I live in Oregon now, so no more island hopping for me 🙃. But yea, I used to do a lot of it back when I was flying in Hawaii. People would often show up in the hangar at Honolulu asking if they could get a ride with me to Molokai etc… usually because they had missed their flight… good old days..
