Very nice solution, but have in mind my experience with a similar bag. Soft bags have an important disadvantage in the summer. Because they are not "breathable", they keep all the sun heat inside. My drone almost melted and destroyed. So, i suggest you to keep all your electronic equipment in a small tank bag (the Shad Terra 15 fits perfect on my Transalp, look for it) and keep in this bag anything that can not be affected by the heat. Thanks for review. Just sold hard panniers (empty weight with carrier system 17kg / 38lbs !) and landed with same choices 21brothers U-shaped Rogal XL bag or this SW-Motech cargobag. Giant Loop Bag seems to be good thing, but price tag is just making me cry. I will probably buy 21brothers bag, because design, color choices, rolled closure option and reasonable price.

Seems like a great option as I don't like top cases too. Only disadvantage is you can't use it if you ride with a pillion..

Does this bag require much adjustment to the attachments if it is nearly empty vs being very full? Or can you attach it and then have it empty sometimes and full other times without needing to adjust it much?

The bag it's flexible but takes some space especially if you load it to the maximum. The rack it's wider and you can tight it better but the seat it's narrow and you need to find a way with the ropes to the rack under the top case. You can give it a try

Are all the compartments waterproof or things get wet that are not in the dry bag in the middle?

I was riding all day long in the rain, nothing was wet inside. They say that only the main inner compartment is waterproof (it has an inside waterproof bag) but from my experience nothing was wet inside, including the rest of the "not waterproof" compartments. @@IdealBike Thank you man. So you had to ship your seat to them for it to be rebuilt? Also a very nice color, on their website it's a bit different, with black inserts in the front and on the pillion part, I like yours better.
