Great segment, thanks! I have learned from how you fight these big fish - the walking-them-around-the-boat approach when necessary. I got my biggest one of the year this year solo fishing (a fat 44), and that technique helped me score on the solo net job. Thanks as always for the learning points, and I'm looking forward to the vlogs this winter for sure.

What a beast!! Just curious the lakes you fish on?? Cuz i have Goldie Locks in the 500 and 700 and we never see muskys on the lakes in Rhinelander using those!! Missed getting out with you this year, hopefully a couple times next summer

@@kdogmclovin9934 I’m fish all over the place in Vilas, Oneida and Forest county. Too many lakes to list! Let’s plan on getting out together in 2025 and I’ll hopefully get a chance to show you how I use the 500 and 700’s! They work for me.

@@darrenroyle2573 hey! I vary it quite a bit actually. If I’m very shallow I’ll shoot 40 ft and as I get deeper I’ll increase the distance, up to 100 in water around 15-20 ft deep. Hope that helps
