I agree with you when you say we need to make sure take a step back when someone says something you disagree with, and I love how you recommenced stepping away from a situation when you feel yourself getting emotionally uplifted, however tbh when people say racist or homophobic things it’s really hard to let that go when those things are rooted in your identity, at least the identity that society views you as and therefore a person is directly impacted by! I hear your message though and I do agree people should try and talk things out, despite how frustrating.

I've been doing the breathing thing recently!! What a great way to start the video ! I get what your saying.. So many people and diffrent ways of thinking..we have been going thru so much...emotional wrecks...i myself don't let other things bother me..i don't know how i do it...i do feel i have to defend what the other person is talking about. But then i stop i think...I'M NOT GONNA CHANGE THEIR MIND..THIS ISN'T GONNA GO RIGHT..i don't waste my energy..UNLESS someone or something is hurting from this thought or action..
