Woohoo - new vid! Let's chat about how to reinvent yourself. I LOVE this topic. I'll share with you 3-steps that I used to do something similar at some low points in my life. If you're feeling it, would appreciate you dropping a "like" and sub if you're not already! If you're ready to create your own 2.0 version and really deep dive into identity shifting, check out this video that goes deeper into identity shifting and how to use it to change your life: www.clarkkegley.com/free-case-study?sl=yt-identity-shift

The issue I find I have if it's a issue I just like being content I dont mind Sunday I know it means the week starts over again on Monday but I don't dislike my work even though its a middle ground job. I work 6 days a week 50 hours a week but I'm good with that I enjoy going home reading books and playing video games but I also realize even though i'm content with this situation it's not exactly ok. I'm single at 30 no kids and the idea of something as trivial as going to the grocery store is somehow a big task for me. I don't feel like I have any regrets so I don't seem to push myself like If I died tomorrow granted i'm 30 so that'd suck I'd be relatively happy but yea i'm just stuck in a loop I guess but whenever I think about the loop i'm just like nothing is wrong with this loop days fly by but then I go back to like hmm 30 and single i'm running out of time but I can't get myself to really realize their is a issue I sort of know it because im writing this ramble at the moment but then I just go hmm I enjoy my life as it is no need to worry etc. Not exactly sure why I wrote this I just sort of felt the need to I do enjoy your videos though.

Everyone always thinks your bragging unfortunately. It’s like when I share my law of attraction manifestations just simple things like a coffee ☕️ or parking spots and green lights will still get a proper bum get jealous and think I am bragging about it and somehow think I am better than them. Instead of actually learning something helpful. They are fked in the bed. ❤

I have known for years that I don’t like the ‘living for the weekend’ mentality of working 5 days a week. So, I found my passion for writing and I dove into that. I get into a writers life mode just about every day, working toward this goal of getting more books out there for people to enjoy. 😊

I literally had this thought 10 minutes ago about how 20 years has passed like this and I'm still where I was 20 years ago, and I'm still in shock that I was literally asleep and just focused on surviving and this was the moment that I've decided that I must start living my life, start savoring every moment and appreciate life much much more, only good thing that happened 3 years ago, was me awakening.

This is the first year that I can afford enjoying things in life. I remember the past 8 years, I was so broke I couldn't even afford a meal. I had to realize that at that point that no one was going to walk me through things in life and I had to do this on my own and figure out everything alone. I now live in the nordic woods of Sweden and post about self improvement after surviving a great ordeal in life, from the Boston bombing attack to being homeless, depressed struggling with an anxiety disorder and other mental disorders before I studied my pain and got certified in therapy. I used it to heal and run my own business and also move out of Miami where I worked in a corner store overnight in one of the most dangerous hoods in Miami. I am so grateful I got out, because I knew the other route, and it was not going to end well. Now I have a KZbin channel that I am using to help others improve in life and I hope I get to help at least one person reading this 🙏🏽💜

Man! Solid video! I'm resonating with pretty much every one of these tips for 2023. Take-aways: ★ If you're not happy with the last 90 days, change the current trajectory - before drifting too far out on an unwanted direction. ★ Allow yourself to feel badly about someting and be present with it. Embrace the suck. Understand that pain is there to indicate to us where our needs are! ★ Rather then Ready 》Aim 》Fire as it's usualy done, try instead to Ready 》FIRE 》Aim - you can always better see how to aim after having "fired". Also, avoid being stuck in a Ready 》《 Aim phase! (This makes me feel particularly called-out lol) ★ Really dial-in the 2.0 version of you as if it was a character in a badass realistic video game. Get super-clear and specific on the "character" you wish to become and feel yourself becoming excited about it. Tap into that excitement!

Why are we obsessed with getting ahead of everyone else? How about becoming the best version of yourself you can be? Everyone is on their own journey and comparing yourself to others in any aspect is always losing because there’s always someone “better” and all “success” is fleeting
@galileo542
@galileo542 Жыл бұрын
Well, I guess the"get ahead" title just works better than "be better". From the video I've got the idea that he's talking about self improvement rather than stepping on other people's heads. Also if we talk about getting ahead of others, it would be better to rephrase it as not falling into traps that are embodied in human natute (most people live life mindlessly, I can see it in myself a lot of times, even though I frequently have major changes in my life - changed country, job, got into relationship, actively looking for irrational behaviours)

My 20s were fun and I spent a lot of it partying and traveling(which I dont regret) but now im focusing on building a solid foundation where I can be in control of my life especially with growing my wealth and knowledge. Since then I have quit drinking, started reading a lot & started doing calisthenics/bodybuilding and I think that these 3 things are an awesome combo for progression. 🤙🏼

By the way, I’m Canadian and now in Hong Kong. Oregon? Lol…. Completely random imo. Though I have heard there are sustainable communities off grid and there’s an author who I like who lives there. If I did go for a visit, I wouldn’t really know what to do there, what to see, or really what’s my purpose, beyond universe/God’s message over the years.

This is great Clark, I can really identify with what you're saying to the point that in part of my work I consciously create excitement for my goals manifesting and it really does help me power through the day to day. Also something that really works for me that may augment these steps on the video is to learn to become so present in meditation as to lose self-identity (I'm not a name or a job..I am energy....Spirit etc.) and then work with the heart..cultivate magnified gratitude for nothing else but the present moment..gratitude...compassion..EXCITEMENT..for THE NOW..nothing else....THEN I flip it in my mind that in this now moment I've ALREADY achieved my goals..I'm living my dream right now and I feel super grateful..excited...this taps into the master frequency of the heart and if you do this daily..even 3X per day for about 10 minutes you change your energy and you begin attracting your goals..very powerful and I'm living proof it works.

Yeah... you're talking about the power of envisioning. Being creative is using your will power to project your dteam reality into actual reality. Once you actually value your own energy, you know like you know the value of it's power to manifest experiences for yourself. It becomes fun to play with the power you project out and see what comes reflected back. Action is obviously important to give it momentum. - rockin that jacket btw! 😉💥🎉

Thanks for the awesome motivation. After watching loads of your videos, I started my yt channel and started to pursue animation which I always wanted to do. Before, I was always 'preparing". I wanted everything to be perfect. Right now I am 'firing' first. Cheers!

Speaking of studies and working out they did studies with a group doing their daily weight training, or every other day or whatever but then they had a group just visualizing the workout to the point where in their minds they'd feel the burn, the sweat etc. and they found the group actually doing the workout increased they're muscle mass by like 18% (I don't remember the exact numbers) but the group that was just visualizing increased they're muscle mass about 11 or 12%...that is CRAZY..did you know you're mind is that POWERFUL?

Let me procrastinate by watching another video instead of doing work. Jokes aside haha, this is great advice! (Also while listening as a podcast and doing work). Stop the negative self-talk or stories of the past that says ''but I tried that'' or ''It's just gonna be boring''. Instead Find new ways to inspire yourself and focus on what you actually need to do and is aligned with your higher self. Just starting is half the battle.

I like to follow my method more. I call it Work. Passion. Play. I work first thing in the morning get it out of the way, then start with stuff I'm passionate about and then finally I leave the night to 'play'

I’m so so so excited. I’ve literally just monetised on YT and I can’t believe it. It’s taken me 5 years. But I have finally done it and I’m so looking forward to the next 5 years. I’m still to yet to leave my horrible Job but I can finally see amazing things coming to fruition. I’m so so grateful to finally get to where I am. I am going to keep reading out my affirmation and I’m the same everything I wrote down 12 months ago has come true. It’s totally freaky. Yet amazing!! Keep inspiring people! Love this!! ❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

This is for the older set (I'm 53). When Clark started explaining bridging the gap, I heard the voice of Dick Dastardly go off in my head: "Muttley! Do something!" For what it's worth...
