She did do that during a show in San Fransisco! She wore a short tight black dress in the first half and then changed after intermission into this beautiful blue gown! There's videos of it on KZbin of her with the SF Symphony!

@IdSoonerBuySJB it's a semitone lower, but she moves into the original key just after the "unlimited" bridge

@ss74656 not quite. She starts off a wholestep lower in B major, and she moves into C major after the bridge. You can tell, because if you play her ending note here alongside the ending note in "The Wizard and I" in the OBC recording, they'll be the same belted C. I can imagine that as her voice has matured, it's now more taxing to belt the D-flats and Fs than it was on Broadway or West End. Still incredible.
