1 1/2 cup poha is showing in video but in recipe it is mentioned as 1 cup. Pls clear that.Also we should add 1 cup of water to grind the poha along with one cup water used for soaking poha so poha us using 2 cups water in total. Am I right ?

Yes. But you need to wash and remove the skin else the color will be different

Yes. You can use. I have done it. It will be very slightly ash colour. Also use poha or sabudana. Given details in recipe.

Hello, I have tried this method and I get fluffy super soft idlis all the time. Thank you! But dosas always stick to the pan. What could be the reason? P.S: My dosa pan is fine as any other dosa I make, they don't stick.

Esha Gupta you can use from 1 Upto 1.5 cups. If where you live is humid, use 1 cup. In cold weather use 1.5 cups. Thanks
