vkash17 That is to avoid the batter from sticking on to the mould. You can oil the moulds instead

Hello, I have tried this method and I get fluffy super soft idlis all the time. Thank you! But dosas always stick to the pan. What could be the reason? P.S: My dosa pan is fine as any other dosa I make, they don't stick.
