Peanut chutney recipe ingredients:
Grated coconut 1cup
peanut ¼th cup
Sugar 1tsp
Green chilli 2 nos
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Some black mustard seeds/ rai
Salt as per taste
Tomato chutney recipe ingredients:
Chana dal ½ tblsp
Urad dal ½ tblsp
Grated coconut ⅓rd cup
Roughly chopped onion 1 nos medium size
Kashmiri laal mirch 3 nos
Garlic 5 cloves
Tomato 1 nos big size
Dry red chilli 2 nos
Curry patta 1 sprig
salt as per taste
Chana-dal chutney recipe ingredients:
Coconut ½ cup
Green chilli 2 nos
Chana dal 25g
Curry patta 1 sprig
some tamarind/imli
little bit f black mustard seeds/rai
Salt as per taste
Coriander chutney recipe:
Coconut ½ cup
Coriander ⅓rd cup
Fresh mint /pudina 5-6 leaves
Cumin seeds / jeera ½ tsp
Dry roasted chana/putana 1tblsp
Green chilli 2 nos
garlic 5 cloves
